During a visit, you may have made purchases on behalf of the care recipient. For example, you paid for the taxi fare, which is a transport expense and would like to claim it back. The transport expense is termed as a claim item. Hence, in a claim, you could have more than one claim item, depending on the care visit.

With the new claims payout, you can now submit a claim with multiple claim items. For more information on how to do so, please refer to the section “How do I submit a claim through the Homage CarePro app?”.
