You may submit a claim up to 24 hours after the visit end time, but only if you have declared “Yes” when you submitted the visit summary. However, we recommend that you submit your claims as soon as possible after the visit, so that you can receive your claims payment promptly.
Click on “Add Claims Later” at the Visit Summary page and submit your Visit Summary. Remember to submit your visit within 24 hours after the visit ends to get reimbursed.
