Upon the submission of your care request, our Care Advisors will get in touch with you within 24-hours to understand better on your care needs. They may also request for more information in order to match the most suitable Care Professional(s) for your care needs.

The process may vary depending on the type of service requested, but a key component of a journey at Homage often begins with an In-Person Care Assessment or IPCA.

(1) In-Person Care Assessment (IPCA)

Care Recipients with one or more of the following conditions may be required to undergo an IPCA before care visits can commence.

  1. Compromised mobility

  2. Complicated medical history or multiple co-morbidities

  3. Recently discharged from hospital

(2) Matching of a Homage Care Professional

After Homage has thoroughly ascertained the needs of the Care Recipient, we will begin the process of matching a Homage Care Professional to your visit.

Once a successful Care Professional match is found, you will receive a notification on your Homage. Our Customer Support team will also give you a call to inform you of the assignment.

You can also view the matched Care Professional's profile through your Homage app ahead of the visit.
