When you apply to a new visit request, make sure you are able to commit to the date and time, location and services.

After application, you can check the Apply tab under "Applied" section to view your pending applications. Upon the assignment of the visit, you will receive a notification that you have been assigned and it will appear in the Visits section of your app.

Any cancellation/change of the care visit after it's assigned will be subject to our Cancellation & Change Policy.
